Create note templates for your client notes. You can set up as many fields as you like, allowing you to pre-define standardise note taking across your business and team members.

Add a Client Note Template

  1. Go here
  2. Or go to Settings > Customise your Database pod (on left) > Custom Notes 
  3. Add a Category Name in the “Add Category Name” field (e.g. Initial Assessment). Click Add New Category to confirm. 

2. Add a Field Name (e.g. How are you feeling since your last treatment?)

3. Add as many Field Names as you would like by clicking 'Add New Field'

4. Save

Once saved this Custom Field will appear on all your Clients' Notes screen which you can find under Clients > Client Name > Notes.

Edit a Client Note Template

  1. Go here
  2. Or go to Settings > Customise your Database pod (on left) > Custom Notes 
  3. Select the Field or Category to edit, make the edit
  4. Save

Deactivate a Client Note Template

  1. Go here
  2. Or go to Settings > Customise your Database pod (on left) > Custom Notes 
  3. Select Deactivate for the category your want to deactivate
